UNDÉ is potty training underwear designed for the transition away from diapers. It is not intended to replace a diaper for full-time protection. The built-in absorbent layers are designed to catch small accidents while helping children experience the difference between dry and wet.

There is no single right age or perfect moment to start. From around 12–18 months, children can begin developing awareness of their body's signals. Potty training can start gradually through simple routines, conversations and everyday experiences.

UNDÉ is hand wash only. Wash separately with different colours, do not bleach and do not soak. After washing, hang to dry. Do not iron or dry clean. Avoid soaking the underwear for a long time, as this can affect the function of the absorbent inner layer.

UNDÉ has a soft outer layer made from pure cotton. Inside, the underwear is built up in multiple layers: Layers 1–6 are cotton gauze, followed by Layer 7, an absorbent terry cloth layer laminated with TPU. Layer 8 is cotton cloth. Together, these layers form the absorbent inner construction, designed to absorb small amounts of urine while allowing children to notice when they are wet.

There is no fixed timeline. Every child develops awareness and independence at their own pace.
10Should my child already show signs of readiness?
No single set of readiness signs is required before beginning. Potty learning can be introduced gradually.

12What happens after an accident?
When you notice an accident, calmly acknowledge what happened and, if appropriate, take your child to the toilet to finish or try again. Change the underwear and gently talk about what happened — for example, that they were wet and that next time they can try the toilet. Regularly checking in and asking if they need to go can also help children gradually connect the feeling of needing to go with using the toilet.
